Since 2014, Germaine Pentsil, of G. Pentsil Consulting, has worked with young professionals, entrepreneurs, small businesses and non-profits on organizational development and related goals. As a serial entrepreneur, Germaine has experienced the roller coaster of getting your business off the group, and from this, she uses her skills and experience to help others define their professional path. She is a graduate of Western Michigan University and Eastern Michigan University, and is currently completing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Walden University.
